Havoc at the Brewery - Information and Rules

Army List Submission
Army Lists must be submitted through the Mantic companion app by midnight
on Saturday 15th February using the tournament code: zHZcm1nf4s

Payment:
You can find the payment details in your registration mail.
The final registration is confirmed with the fee payment.
You can cancel your registration up until February 1st and we will return the 20 CHF to you.

Awards
The player finishing in first place will become Best General
Additionally, there will be hobby awards for Best Single Model and Best Unit (min. of 3 models)

GAMING
Games will be played using the latest Kings of War rules which you can find on the Mantic companion

To take part you require the following:
- Your 2,300-point army, mounted on correct-sized unit bases with at least 1 model in the appropriate size.
- At least two printed copies of your army list for you and your opponents rule book, tape-measure, dice, damage markers, pencils, and other gaming accessories.
- A chess clock, stop-watch, phone, or other similar time-tracking device
- It is highly recommended that you bring a smart phone with the Mantic companion installed for reporting of results and viewing matchups.

We will provide all the tables and scenery for the event.

Special Rule
Each player can reroll 1 single die in the tournament, it does not have to be a nerve roll.
To do this just tell a TO before doing the roll.

We will be using the following terrain heights:
Impassable/blocking terrain: H9
Forests: H6
Obstacles: H1
Hills: H3
Difficult: H0

Optional Rules
The optional rules on Withdraw (p27) and Allies (p49) will not be used for this event.

Schedule
08.45 - 09.15 Check In
09.15 - 12.00 1st Game
12.00 - 12.45 Lunch
12.45 - 15.30 2nd Game
15.30 - 15.45 Break
15.45 - 18.30 3rd Game
18.45 - 19.00 Awards

Each round will last 2 hours and 45 minutes. This allows for each player to have their full 75 minutes, plus an additional 15 minutes for meeting,
rules discussions and any other required midgame breaks.

The 3rd game will be finished at 18.30 o’clock even if not all rounds are completed.
We want to make sure that people travelling by train can plan with the tournament ending at 19 o’clock latest.

Rounds
The matchups of the first game will be random. From the second game, players will be paired using a Swiss system

Scoring
We will use the Northern Kings Scoring System

Win/Draw/Loss 15/10/5 TP
Killing Points: Max of 5 TP
Scenario Points: Max of 5 TP

5 TP: If you hand in your payment before February 1st.
2 TP: If you hand in your list before February 15th.

Players will submit their Result, Scenario Points, and Points Routed via the Mantic Companion app (or via paper if you don’t have a phone) and the score calculation will be done automatically.

Food & Beverages
We will provide a Soft Drink flat rate for 5 CHF
There will also be a coffee machine, and a beer tap which can be used with an honor system.
Regarding food we will give an update if we can organize a delivery service.
